At Cain Photography we try to make your Portrait Experience as seamless and hassle free as possible. We are a end to end service provider. We offer a payment plan option through Payright for flexibility and convenience for our customers. We focus on capturing the joy and connection between your family members. It can all be done in 5 easy steps and you will be guided every step of the way….
Step 1 - Request Price List
Request the Portrait Experience & Artwork Price List by filling in your contact details here so we can understand more about what you want to get out of your Portrait Experience with Cain Photography. For any client fortunate enough to have been given a Gift Voucher, please register it here. We offer our clients payment plans and interest free repayments through Payright.
Step 2 - Book
Once a date has been agreed for your portrait experience , let’s get all the paper work out of the way. We will send you a e-invoice and e-contract. The Portrait Experience fee of $200 needs to be settled, to secure your spot. You don’t need to decide on your Collection or Artwork until your gallery Viewing Appointment 2 weeks after your photoshoot.
Step 3 - Let's get ready!
We will email you a questionnaire about what you would like to get out of your Portrait Experience, please fill in the details. We will call you a few days before our session so we can have a chat before your Photoshoot and iron out any concerns or worries you may have. You can show me the outfits you have chosen and ask me any questions you would like at this time. You also can borrow any dresses from our client closet, please view here. Also thinking caps on, find some walls in your home where you may think some artwork could be displayed and take photos of it and even measure it.
Step 4 - Enjoy the Shoot
The Photoshoot. Enjoy a fun-filled photoshoot with your loved ones at the beach, in the studio, by the river or in the paddock. Here there are no distractions, it is all about you and your family. We are setting the intention to document this stage of your lives. We will gentle direct you & your family and even crack a joke (or two) while listening to some music. Relax and enjoy the hour, it will fly.
Step 5 -Viewing Appointment
Come back to the studio at a convenient time and enjoy your 1 hour viewing appointment. Take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and view your gallery (I suggest an adults only viewing appointment to focus on the task at hand). Here you get to choose your most loved images, your collection and the artwork. Collections & Artwork are to be paid in full at this stage before any digitals are downloaded or Artwork is ordered with our supplier.
Don’t worry I have plenty of tissues. You also have the option to pay using Payright, our chosen payment plan method, so you can pay off your Collection & Artwork in smaller amounts over a 1,2,3,6 or 12 month period. For more information on Payright please click here. with your
Final Step-
Collect your Artwork 4-6 weeks from your viewing gallery appointment. Display it in your home and cherish every bit of it. Take a snap and share it with us at Cain Photography, so we can see it beautifully displayed in your home.
